How will you deliver my order?

Your order will be delivered through a Registered Partner Courier Service to the address you provide as the shipping address during checkout. In case of cash-on-delivery orders, the courier will collect the payment in cash upon delivery.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order will typically be delivered within 3 to 5 working days from the date of purchase. However, during busy periods such as holidays or promotional events, delivery may take up to maximum 7 working days.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping charges of AED 15 will be applied to all orders.

How do I use a Gift Card or Credit Voucher code that was issued to me?

During checkout, you’ll see a field labeled "Discount Code." Enter your voucher code in this field to apply the discount or credit to your purchase.

Can I open a Cash on Delivery package before making payment?

No, the courier will require you to make payment before opening the package. However, you have the option to exchange the product if it does not meet your expectations.

2. Is it safe to use my credit/debit card to make payments?

Yes, all payment information on our website is encrypted and processed on a secure platform. Only authorized personnel have access to your payment details.

3. How do I make a payment with a debit/credit card?

Make sure your card is activated for online transactions. During checkout, select "Pay with Credit/Debit Card." A new window will open where you must input your card details within 10 minutes. Once you confirm the payment, you will receive confirmation via SMS and email.

4. What should I do if my payment fails?

If your payment fails, verify that all information entered is correct. In case your account is debited after a failed transaction, the amount is usually refunded within 7 business days. If the issue persists, you can contact us at help@ndure.ae or WhatsApp us at +971 50 379 2938 with your order number for assistance.

5. Is it safe to pay with credit/debit cards on NDURE?

Yes, fraud detection and prevention are key priorities for us. We continuously monitor online payments for any suspicious activity and manually verify transactions when necessary to ensure that they are authorized.

6. Will I be charged a fee for using my credit/debit card on NDURE?

No, you will not be charged any additional fees for using your credit or debit card on NDURE.


I have bought an item on promotion or with a Discount Code. What amount will you refund me?

Items purchased during promotions or with a discount code are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. For out-of-stock items, we offer online store coupons (no cash refunds).


Do you offer international deliveries?

Currently, we do not offer international deliveries or shipments outside the UAE.
